I’m currently fulfilling my ultimate dream career as a soft tissue Sports Massage Therapist, relieving muscle tension, restrictions, soothing aches and pains, improving sports specific actions and improving posture. Clients remain injury free through a variety of techniques. I support all levels from Olympic and World Cross Country athletes’ and beyond. In addition to my therapist work, I’m devoted to Yoga and Pilates, and an avid researcher into preventative and rehabilitation methods for both the mind and body.

This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance.
